What is an Information, Advice and Guidance session?Question Mark

Information, Advice and Guidance sessions are designed to teach you about the Apprenticeship process, get advice towards writing or improving your CV, gain vital interview techniques and find out the Apprenticeship opportunities that apply to you. You will be invited in for an IAG session by a member of our recruitment team once you have applied for an Apprenticeship with us. If you would like to contact our recruitment team, please call 01942 318 099.

How can we help you?

At ProCo we aim to provide a high quality information, advice and guidance (IAG) service to learners before, during and after their learning programme. We will provide free, impartial and confidential guidance sessions by a fully qualified IAG officer.

What happens in an IAG session?

We will inform you about Apprenticeships and Traineeships and the routes available to you. You will complete short Maths and English assessments. You cannot pass or fail these; they are just a series of question to help us understand what level you are working at. We can also offer support if you need help writing or modifying your CV to make it stand out to employers and ultimately giving you a better chance of landing your dream Apprenticeship.

If you would like to speak to someone about information, advice and guidance please contact 01942 318 099 or email careers@proconw.co.uk
